This dance fitness class mixes Latin, Hip-hop and Jazz. Add Strength Toning with light weights while you dance.
Dance Fitness can give you a great mind-body workout. Researchers are learning that regular physical activity keeps your body and brain healthy as you age. Exercise increases the level of brain chemicals that encourage nerve cells to grow. Dancing with steps and sequences works your memory muscles. All levels are Welcome!
