Do you remember when our parents shooed us out to play?

Exercising outdoors has many benefits: 

Little or no equipment needed, Vitamin D enhancing sunshine, the beauty of Ala Moana beach as we walk, the relaxing sounds of the ocean and birds, 
and the breeze caressing our faces.

Join May and the group at Still and Moving Centre to begin a light cardio walk to the beach, shaping the whole body as we go. Dance Zumba in the park for 15 minutes. We strengthen our core with Pilates and increase our flexibility with yoga, before heading back with a walking meditation to Still and Moving Centre.  Invite family and friends to join our journey.
